Additional Funding Sources
ENSO provides most of our services through either the Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA) or Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR), but we are capable of providing services through other means.
We work with the Department of Services for the Blind (DSB) and Aging and Long-Term Support Administration (ALTSA), as well as assist with setting up social security work incentives, develop contracts with corporations and private pay contracts.
Department of Services for the Blind
We have a contract with DSB to provide employment services to its customers who are blind or have low vision.
The range of services is very similar to what we offer through our DVR program: Trial Work Experience, Community Based Assessment, Job Placement, and Job Retention Services.
Corporate Contracts
We are able to directly contract with employers to provide one-on-one employment services for their employees. ENSO can work with both the employer and employee to develop a plan of support to overcome any barriers that are in the current or future workplace. The supports are tailored to the individual and company needs and are provided through a contract between the employer and ENSO.
We can assist individuals in setting up social security work incentives. These incentives, such as IRWE and PASS, make it possible for individuals who receive social security (SSI) to work and still receive monthly payments and Medicaid or Medicare.
Social Security Work Incentives
ALTSA
We have a contract with Aging and Long-Term Support Administration to provide employment services to its customers who may not qualify for other services.
The range of services are available to anyone age 55 or older. They are also available to those who experience mental health disorders, strokes, and more.
Private Pay
In some instances there is no means of financial support from a governmental or corporate entity for employment services. In these cases, ENSO is able to develop a direct contract with an individual or family to provide employment supports. These services will be developed and provided on a very individualized basis and agreed to by all parties involved prior to the start of any services.
