Returning to Work and/or Services in the Community

ENSO PARTICIPANT GUIDELINES:

  • For your own health and safety, as well as the health and safety of ENSO Staff, ENSO strongly encourages you to wear a facemask or face covering to meetings, while out in the community, or at your job/volunteer site.  If this causes issues for you, please let us know and we will work with you to find alternatives.

  • Meet with ENSO Staff (by phone, Zoom, etc…) Discuss your comfort level and build a plan on re-entering into activities/work in the community.

  • Develop an Individual Plan based on your needs

    • Outline of steps/dates

    • Safety Plan or Checklist

  • Returning to paid employment or volunteer – what are the guidelines for that employer/site?  Safety Requirements??

  • If you are experiencing symptoms of ANY kind, or you have reason to believe you were exposed to someone who is sick…STAY HOME!

  • Immediately notify ENSO Staff if you have been exposed to someone with COVID-19, or if you have tested positive.  Provide a list of people that you have had contact with that may have been exposed.  ENSO will help you notify them that there is potential exposure and encourage testing.

ENSO STAFF GUIDELINES:

  • All ENSO Staff, until further notice, are required to wear masks while working in the community and/or in the ENSO offices.

  • Continue practicing additional precautions relative to the “phase” that applies to the county in which you are providing services

    • Social distancing – at least 6’

    • Frequent handwashing and/or use of hand sanitizer

    • Use gloves, if necessary

  • Immediately notify Management if staff or participants have been exposed to someone with COVID-19, or has tested positive.  Provide a list of people that have had contact with this individual and may have been exposed.  ENSO will notify them that there is potential exposure and encourage testing.
