ENSO's Database Technician
Michael worked at Fred Meyer for five years as a cart pusher. He had surgery on his wrist and Michael decided that he would prefer not to return to Fred Meyer. Michael decided he was ready to look for a job in an office environment. Michael has great computer skills including data entry. He completed a Community Based Assessment with ENSO and was asked to come back in a temporary position to help input our client’s files into the new database while ENSO continued job development efforts. After a while it was evident that ENSO would benefit from bringing Michael on permanently. Michael is now responsible for entering information into the database, scanning and proofing documents, filing and following up with Staff.
